We are also willing to train new employees.DescriptionTitle: IT TechnicianFLSA Status: ExemptManager: Director of ITCompensation: $45,760 annuallyPosition OverviewThe IT Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure by providing essential technical support through the helpdesk, adeptly troubleshooting issues, and actively contributing to diverse IT projects.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Act as the initial point of contact for end-users, providing Level 1 support for helpdesk inquiries and escalating complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary.Assist in resolving user tickets efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive user experience.Manage and create user accounts, group memberships, and organizational units within Active Directory/Azure and other company applications.Oversee the imaging process for new PCs, ensuring standardized configurations and software installations, while also conducting timely repairs and maintenance on malfunctioning PCs.
