Position Summary CC3 Solutions is looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focusedHR & Talent Acquisition Coordinatorto join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing their Human Resources expertise while building relationships, recruiting top talent, and creating a great employee experience. In this role, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires and assisting with day-to-day HR administration. You'll work closely with leadership to help attract exceptional talent while ensuring every employee has a positive experience from their first interaction with CC3 Solutions. Primary Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (60%) Manage recruiting efforts for corporate and sales positions. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and executives. Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communications. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS). Prepare and extend employment offers. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed. Promote CC3 Solutions' employer brand across recruiting platforms. Onboarding & Employee Experience (25%) Coordinate new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through the first day. Prepare onboarding materials and new hire documentation. Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements. Ensure completion of I-9s, employment forms, and HR paperwork. Partner with IT and department leaders to ensure employees are equipped for success. Support employee engagement activities and company events. Human Resources Administration (15%) Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Assist with benefits administration and enrollment. Support employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Help coordinate performance review processes. Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation. Support special HR projects as the company grows. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in recruiting, Human Resources, administration, or a comparable people- or operations-focused role; transferable experience will be considered. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Preferred Experience or prior exposure to recruiting or Human Resources, including through internships or comparable responsibilities. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software. Experience supporting onboarding or employee engagement activities. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
