What You'll Do Deliver medical nutrition therapy and wellness coaching through structured telehealth video sessions Design personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs using evidence-based nutrition counseling and Kickoff's integrated platform Own client accountability and outcomes, including weight management, chronic disease support, and behavior change, while maintaining strong long-term retention Build genuine coach-client relationships through consistent touchpoints via our app, messaging, and async video Contribute to coaching culture: share what's working, push the product forward, and hold a high bar for care quality What We're Looking For Active RDN or RD license with current CDR registration Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to engage, motivate, and retain clients, including those who are resistant or hard to reach 1+ years of direct one-on-one client experience Genuine interest in fitness and exercise as part of comprehensive wellness care US-based; fully remote eligible Minimum 15 client-facing hours per week once fully ramped, with a preference for coaches making Kickoff their primary professional role Nice to Haves Current or previous CPT certification or equivalent experience (no CPT?
