Part-Time Office Assistant Position Summary The Part-Time Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of an office. This position assists staff with a variety of office tasks while maintaining a professional and organized work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Maintain organized office records and assist with document management. Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management as needed. Monitor and replenish office supplies. Prepare routine correspondence and other administrative documents. Assist with office events and celebrations. Assist staff with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional office standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits Salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
