Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately understand each client's mental health needs and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, focusing on enhancing their overall mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies for adult clients, driving positive change and growth.
• Deliver impactful teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients who prefer virtual sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, effectively managing urgent mental health issues with empathy and professional expertise.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay current with industry standards and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients presenting a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and substance abuse problems. Our diverse client population requires therapists who are not only skilled in therapy techniques but also compassionate and understanding of the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating meaningful connections with clients and professional collaboration.
• Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude, fundamental to supporting clients on their mental health journey.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of successfully managing caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, demonstrating your professionalism and commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience

While all licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, and specialized treatment modalities. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can also be advantageous for managing client information efficiently.
