This role owns the most complex incidents on the help desk's escalation chain, working directly with developers and vendors to drive root-cause resolution, while also maintaining the system documentation and security evidence needed to support audits.ResponsibilitiesProvide O&M support for one or more applications; resolve complex incidents/problems and perform root-cause analysisPerform Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, coordinate with developers and vendors, and drive escalations through closure with clear status updatesAuthor and maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and configuration baselines, keeping documentation aligned to production behaviorCoordinate enhancement testing execution (UAT logistics, test evidence, defect triage) and xhyhwjd maintain test scripts prior to scheduled testing windowsSupport audits by compiling access/configuration evidence, validating user/role listings, and maintaining system security documentationRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearanceWillingness to obtain a polygraphMinimum 2 years of relevant experience
