Summary:
The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, maintaining safety and compliance standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely order fulfillment to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.

• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, etc.).

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain warehouse equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary.

• Prepare operational reports on productivity, order accuracy, labor utilization, and expenses.

• Foster a positive, safe, and results-oriented work environment.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

• 3–7 years of warehouse or distribution management experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and inventory control practices.

• Ability to analyze data and make process improvements.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
