Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and medical record review to ensure care plans remain appropriate and goal‑focused. Advocate for patients by securing necessary resources and removing barriers that may delay treatment, discharge, or recovery. Collaborate with physicians, nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely implementation of the health plan and continuity of care. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required. What Additional Preferences We’re Seeking Previous critical care experience preferred. Previous charge or supervisory experience preferred.
