Job Summary

Industrial Supply is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to serve customers throughout the Salt Lake City area.

This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and developing new business. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide practical, value-added solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage sales activity within an assigned territory and work toward established sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within current accounts.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers and generate new business.
• Introduce customers to new products, services, and programs.
• Work with inside sales and branch teams to ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Help resolve customer concerns and product or service issues.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

• Previous outside sales or account management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing an assigned territory.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and develop new business.
• Industrial supply or related industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial products and vendor relationships is a plus.
