- Costa Mesa

- Base salary: $180k–$220k DOE + bonus
- Full benefits — medical, dental, vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, paid paternity leave, generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays
- Hybrid remote — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Real client relationships and case ownership from day one — not document review, not support work
- Full lifecycle commercial litigation — pre-arbitration strategy through trial, appeal, and award enforcement, not handed off mid-matter
- Preeminent California business litigation practice with decades of proven success in complex, high-exposure multi-party disputes
- Domestic and international docket — exposure to cross-border disputes and international arbitration that most regional firms can't offer
- Clients span publicly traded companies, closely held businesses, financial institutions, manufacturers, tech companies, and professional services firms across multiple industries
- 27 practice groups under one roof — cross-referral pipeline into construction, IP, white collar, environmental, and consumer credit
- Firm promotes from within — partnership track is real and active
What you'll work on:
- Complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitration
- Contract and lease disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, and unfair competition matters
- Lender liability, fair credit reporting, real estate, and construction litigation
- Class action defense and complex multi-party commercial disputes
- Discovery management — drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Arbitration and mediation proceedings — pre-arbitration strategy through award enforcement
- Legal research, briefs, memoranda, and substantive filings
- Direct client relationship development and case strategy ownership
- California Bar admission
- Commercial or business litigation experience
