As a Recruiter within the management of companies and enterprises sector, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the organization's strategic workforce needs. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. Your efforts will directly impact the company's ability to build a skilled and diverse workforce that drives business success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Ultimately, your work will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth and operational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of staffing services and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in technical recruiting and contract recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with college recruiting programs and managing recruiting events.
- Familiarity with temporary staffing processes and workforce planning.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
- Experience recruiting within the management of companies and the enterprises industry.
- Proficiency in internet recruiting and social media sourcing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support college recruiting initiatives and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage contract recruitment and temporary staffing assignments to meet short-term and project-based workforce demands.
- Leverage internet recruiting tools and social media platforms to source passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

The required skills, such as proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and staffing services, are essential for efficiently managing candidate pipelines and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle. College recruiting and recruiting events skills enable the recruiter to build strong talent pipelines by engaging with emerging professionals and representing the company at various outreach activities. Technical recruiting and contract recruitment expertise allow the recruiter to identify specialized skill sets and manage flexible workforce needs effectively. Temporary staffing knowledge supports the ability to quickly fill short-term roles while maintaining quality standards. Internet recruiting skills are leveraged daily to source passive candidates and expand reach through digital platforms, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
