REMOTE POSITION!!
Are you a self-starter with a drive to win? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for connecting great people with great companies? We're a rapidly growing recruiting agency specializing in the booming construction, architecture and restoration industries — and we’re looking for hungry, commission-driven recruiters to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Source top talent for high-demand roles in construction & restoration (PMs, Estimators, Supers, GCs, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Use creative tools, platforms, and strategies to fill open positions fast
- Own your desk and run it like your business — your hustle = your paycheck

Ideal Candidate Has:
- Construction, Architecture and Restoration industry experience preferred
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (construction industry knowledge is a huge plus!)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A "get it done" mindset and a thick skin
- Motivation to grow with a startup-minded, performance-based agency
