Bilingual HR Recruiter

We are seeking an organized and motivated Entry-Level HR Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across retail and administrative roles. The ideal candidate is bilingual Spanish, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. Key Responsibilities:Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for retail and administrative openings. Post jobs on internal systems, job boards, and social platforms.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records and track applicant progress in Paycom or other applicant tracking systems.Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process in both languages as needed. Support onboarding and pre-employment processes for new hires. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities. Help ensure a positive candidate experience from application through offer stage.
