Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. AUTO OFFER - 3x12s OR 4x12s! D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.) MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
