About the Position Harris Health is seeking a Supervisor Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations across Smith Clinic, Casa De Amigos, and Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital . The Supervisor Pharmacist ensures safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations by overseeing daily workflows, supervising pharmacy staff, and maintaining regulatory and professional standards. In this role, you will provide collaborative leadership, support formulary adherence, oversee clinical interventions, and promote continuous professional development. You will also provide education to pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals while helping maintain high standards of medication safety and patient care. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical pharmacy knowledge with leadership, communication, and analytical skills to support operational excellence across multiple healthcare locations.
