IT Support Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our employees and clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees and clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other devices as needed Install and maintain software applications and updates Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Train employees on new software and technology as needed Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and inventory Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best support possible Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on providing a positive user experience Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Why Work for Us At Arena Staffing, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
