Telecom Outside Plant - Project Manager

This is a remote position. Position: Project Manager Location: Remote Engineering Excellence. Accelerating Network Deployments. We're looking for a Project Manager who combines technical precision with a collaborative spirit. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. What You’ll Do: Plan and manage telecoms projects from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, and budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Coordinate project activities across cross‑functional teams and ensure timely communication and reporting. Manage project changes and scope creep to ensure project goals are met. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Participate in the development and improvement of project management methodologies and tools. You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science. 5+ years of experience in telecoms project management. Strong knowledge of telecoms networks and technologies. Experience with project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
