Marketing Assistant

In this role, you will support outreach initiatives that bring our credit union brand closer to the community, contribute to engaging social media and digital content, and assist in implementing marketing strategies that foster trust and growth. Responsibilities Assist with competitor research, support community engagement programs, and create digital content to strengthen brand presence. Assist with event planning, manage marketing resources, and ensure smooth coordination of outreach and business development efforts. Contribute to both strategic support and creative execution in a collaborative environment. Qualifications High school education or equivalent. One to three years of similar or related experience preferred; related experience can include customer service, retail, sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations. Financial institution background preferred. Driving ability with a valid driver license and motor vehicle driving record. Schedule and Compensation Non-Exempt position. Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM, including a 1 hour unpaid meal break. Occasional evening availability and periodic weekend availability to represent the Credit Union at community events and other promotional opportunities. Flexible scheduling; hours worked beyond the standard schedule are eligible for overtime. Salary range: $21.60 – $24.01 per hour. Work Perks No nights; limited weekend work hours.
