Join us at Andersen, and together, lets write the story of your success!/ph3The Role/h3pManagers can expect to:/pulliAssist in conducting financial due diligence by analyzing target companies financial statements, performance metrics, market dynamics, and risks;/liliIdentify and assess financial risks associated with potential transactions, including financial reporting accuracy, compliance, cash flow analysis, debt structures, and any potential contingencies;/liliCommunicate with target management teams and client personnel;/liliPrepare due diligence reports, summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations, to support decision-making by clients;/liliSupervise, train, mentor and evaluate Seniors, Associates and Interns; and/liliReceive formal training related to Transaction Advisory Services, on the job training, direct feedback from industry leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources./li/ulh3The Requirements/h3pKnowledge and Skill Requirements:/pulliBachelors degree required; Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred;/liliCertified Public Accountant credential;/liliAt least 6 years relevant work experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm, including at least 3 years of financial due diligence experience;/liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights;/liliKnowledge of MA markets, including corporate, private equity, and investment banking;/liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal;/liliExceptional interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator; and/liliProficient use of technology including MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI, or other analytics software./li/ulpstrongCompensation and Benefits/strong/ppOur firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidates qualifications, experience, and skill set./ppBenefits : Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees may enroll in the firms 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer 200 hours of paid time off annually, along with twelve paid holidays each calendar year.
