Join us at Andersen, and together, lets write the story of your success!/ph3The Role/h3pSenior Associates can expect to:/pulliAssist in the execution of financial due diligence engagements by analyzing detailed financial statement information and preparing detailed schedules and supporting analysis;/liliAssist in preparing reports and related analysis for clients;/liliEnsure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in due diligence processes, verifying the completeness of information;/liliParticipate in meetings and calls with target company management and clients;/liliAssist in building and maintaining client relationships; and/liliReceive formal training related to Transaction Advisory Services, on the job training, direct feedback from practice leaders and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources./li/ulh3The Requirements/h3pKnowledge and Skill Requirement:/pulliBachelors degree required; Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred;/liliCertified Public Accountant credential or in process of obtaining;/liliAt least 4 years relevant work experience with at least two years of assurance experience and one year of financial due diligence experience, preferably with a Big Four accounting firm;/liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights;/liliStrong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills;/liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal;/liliAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive working relationships and contributing to team objectives; and/liliProficient use of technology including MS Excel, Power Point, and Power BI or other analytics software./li/ulpCompensation and Benefits/ppOur firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. We are committed to recognizing individual contributions and providing resources that enable our employees to thrive both personally and professionally./ppSalary Range: For individuals hired to work in Los Angeles, the expected salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidates qualifications, experience, and skill set./ppBenefits: Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees may enroll in the firms 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer 160 hours of paid time off annually, along with twelve paid holidays each calendar year.
