Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at the Avalon at Carlsbad Apartments in Carlsbad. We are offering up to $18/hrs plus $75 leasing bonuses, two‑weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Benefits for full‑time employees $17–$18/hrs plus leasing bonuses & renewals $75 Leasing Commissions Up to $100 Renewal Commissions Yearly raises up to 5% 401(k) planning, pre‑tax contributions and up to $4,000 matching component Blue Cross / Blue Shield Medical Insurance for less than $50 a month for yourself Vision and Disability Insurance 9 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off: 1 st year = 80 hrs, 2–4 yrs = 120 hrs, 5+ yrs = 160 hrs 20% off rent at any of our owned communities, terms and conditions apply Free skiing at Monarch Mountain Discount programs with partner companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more Tuition reimbursement program Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community Creates all lease documents and facilitates all required signatures Maintains both physical and digital resident files in YARDI Utilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques Assists the Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Performs additional functions as requested by the Property Manager Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service Good computer skills and ability to navigate software Strong verbal and written communication Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Enthusiastic engagement with prospective and current residents Organized self‑starter Professional in appearance and demeanor This role requires pre‑employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
