- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or a related field required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems, with exposure to technology implementation or R&D initiatives.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or innovation projects.
- Familiarity with digital construction and operations tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Procore, or Bluebeam.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and business units.
- Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or prefabrication systems a plus.
- Vendor negotiation and evaluation experience.
