OB/GYN Physician (Early Career & New Grad) — Partnership Track Beverly Hills, CA (Golden Triangle) | Employed (W-2), Full-Time | Full-Scope OB/GYN Recruiter-Posted Requisition Overview An established women's health practice in the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle is seeking an OB/GYN to join as an associate, with a defined 3–4 year track to partnership and a low, structured buy-in. The incoming physician will join an existing, high-volume practice and assume care of an established patient base, supported by internal referrals from our senior physicians. Associates reach a full schedule early rather than building a panel from the ground up. Ideal candidates combine clinical excellence with a refined bedside manner. Position Highlights Established patient base — internal referrals from our senior physicians support an early ramp to full productivity Path to partnership — a defined 3–4 year track with a low, transparent buy-in; partners in the group can earn in the range of $700,000–$800,000 A sophisticated clientele — an established, high-profile patient base who expect discretion and a high standard of care Cedars-Sinai Medical Center — practice alongside a leading academic medical center; privileges required Manageable schedule — a light call burden and protected time off, detailed below Physician-led group — collegial, with strong administrative support Mentorship and training — incoming associates are mentored by our established physicians and supported through every aspect of the transition into the practice Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $180,000/year , the base-pay scale for this position Year 1 Target Total Compensation: approximately $250,000 — comprising the $180,000 base plus performance-based incentive compensation. Supported by an established patient base from the outset, associates are positioned to reach incentive thresholds early in the first year.* Compensation grows with the practice — incentive compensation is performance-based and increases over the associate period as the panel matures, leading into partner-level economics upon partnership within 3–4 years; partners in the group can earn in the range of $700,000–$800,000* Support with California licensing and Cedars-Sinai credentialing Malpractice coverage Health, dental, and vision insurance CME support and professional development allowance Paid parking PTO: 3–4 weeks Schedule & Call Clinic: approximately 4–4.5 days/week in-office Administrative time: additional protected time; may be performed remotely Call: 1:5 rotation, with all providers sharing rotating weekend coverage — a light call burden by specialty standards Holidays: approximately 2 holiday call assignments per year Weekends: typically off unless on call Scope of Practice Full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology Prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum management, with a starting volume of approximately 10–20 deliveries per month Preventive women's health and annual wellness visits Advanced gynecologic procedures and minimally invasive surgery, based on training and privileges Personalized care plans for a diverse and international patient population Qualifications MD or DO Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency Board-eligible or board-certified in OB/GYN Active California license, or eligibility to obtain A commitment to exceptional patient care and professionalism Hospital & ASC Privileges Cedars-Sinai privileges required, to be obtained and maintained as a condition of employment Surgery center privileges preferred but not required About The Practice A full-service, established OB/GYN practice in Beverly Hills providing comprehensive care across pregnancy, gynecology, and complex women's health needs.
