Personnel & Finance Assistant
Location: Eden Prairie High School
Classification: Class Lvl 5
Rate of Pay: $28.51/hour
Hours per Day/Days per Week: 8 hours, 5 days
Start & Ending Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Working Days per Year: 225
Position Qualifications:
High school graduate with two years additional business or finance related post-secondary training preferred.
Two or more years general accounting experience preferred.
Knowledge of accounting procedures.
Demonstrated written and verbal skills.
Google Workspace/Windows proficient.
Word processing, spreadsheet, and database proficiency.
Ability to work with automated accounting systems.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work accurately with figures.
Ability to set priorities and complete tasks despite constant interruptions.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Testing Required: None
