- Support the accounting department by performing administrative and financial support activities.
- Process North America (NA) check printing and settlement agreement documentation.
- Scan contracts and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Compile, prepare, review, and audit accounting reports and financial documents.
- Enter and upload financial data accurately into company systems.
- Verify invoices and accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain records in compliance with company information management policies.
- Provide accounting and administrative support to internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Resolve routine accounting issues and escalate complex matters when needed.
- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
