About the Position

Join Destination Knot as a Virtual Client Care & Hotel Booking Assistant, supporting travelers with hotel selections, reservations, and guest inquiries. You’ll combine customer-service excellence with attention to detail to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with hotel searches and confirmations
Ensure booking accuracy and timely communication
Handle customer questions professionally
Support administrative tasks related to hotel stays
