Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

New Director, Financial Planning & Analysis opening supporting the family office of a leading alternative investment management firm!
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is capable of managing complex and highly confidential information while driving process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with sound financial judgment and discretion, seeking to work directly with a family's principals and their outside advisors at a top-tier alternative investment firm.

Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and investment administration functions for the family office, serving as the principal financial point of contact for the family
- Oversee recurring reporting deliverables, including cash reporting, unfunded-commitment reporting, and net asset/investment schedules, plus the 10-year financial projection model and annual budgeting cycle
- Lead diligence coordination on new investment opportunities, including entity structuring, and execution of new investments
- Partner with estate counsel and principals on estate documentation, gifting strategy, lifetime exemption tracking, and wealth transfer planning
- Manage external credit facilities and intra-family loan tracking
- Take on special projects and analyses as directed by principals
