Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay: $21-$26/hr, depending on qualifications
Employment Type: Full-time, trial to hire
- Operate CNC lathes and/or mills, load and unload materials, and monitor equipment during production runs.
- Inspect finished parts, perform tool wear offsets or change inserts, and report quality or machine issues.
- Meet production goals while completing required paperwork, following work instructions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain equipment and the work area through housekeeping, daily inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- High school diploma or GED and must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to perform basic math, follow written and verbal instructions, and communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
- High level of dependability with flexibility to work overtime when needed.
- One year of related experience, technical training, or education is preferred. Experience with CNC equipment, part prints, inspection tools, or forklifts is a plus.
