CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity Job Title: CNC Machinist Pay Rate Range: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour Location: Shakopee, MN Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2AM Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications Dependability Ability to set up, offset, change tools, and inspect equipment Willingness to learn, train, and grow your skills Willingness to help other departments if needed Experience with deburring, grinding, buffering, etc. Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Basic computer skills Goes the extra mile Lifting 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 35 lbs on occasion Must be willing to stand when working at jobs that do not allow sitting Team lifts or assisted lifting available Duties and Responsibilities Setting up, offsetting, tool changes and inspecting Machine operation Deburring, grinding, buffering, etc. Assisting in other areas if needed Benefits May be eligible for 5 paid holidays May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year 401(k) with company match after 1 year of employment Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan AAP/EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
