HiFyve is hiring CNC Machinists (All Shifts) in the Manufacturing industry
Salary: $26 – $34/hour - offers shift differentials
Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday
- Schedule Options: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday) or five 8-hour shifts
Currently running overtime
Locations: Chaska, MN and Shakopee, MN
This role supports precision manufacturing operations by setting up and operating CNC horizontal milling machines to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components. You’ll contribute to critical industries including aerospace, defense, medical, and high technology, ensuring accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Set up and operate CNC Horizontal Milling (Makino/MMC) machines
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain precision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of CNC horizontal milling experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision work
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to defense contracts)
