Talent Acquisition Manager

Manage the Global Prairie Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records, communications, and hiring workflows are accurate and up to date Manage candidate outreach and engagement, including conducting screeners, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, dismissals, and maintaining candidate communications Ensure a positive, smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Partner with People & Operations to understand recruitment planning needs and develop recruiting strategies for full-time and part-time roles Facilitate new hiring requests by gathering role requirements and needs from hiring leads Draft, edit, and maintain job descriptions Post open positions across relevant platforms and promote opportunities through sourcing channels Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines across multiple business functions Track recruiting activity, candidate pipeline health, and hiring progress Provide leadership with quarterly and ad hoc updates and insights Identify and implement recruiting process improvements Manage confidential team member and company information Assist with sourcing, engaging and deploying freelancers and independent contractors Support the Junior Associate (intern) program, retention, and other talent-management duties Help attract and hire talent aligned with Global Prairie’s purpose-driven culture and business growth Requirements 5-6 years as a recruiter, headhunter, or similar role Demonstrated success in building qualified candidate pipelines and filling roles Experience working in a marketing, communications or advertising agency is strongly preferred Experience in BambooHR ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and Handshake preferred but not required Clear interpersonal skills and ability to connect quickly and authentically with candidates Deep expertise in recruitment best practices Ability to manage many candidates at once and identify strong talent Flexibility to pivot when circumstances or plans change Strong time management skills High proactivity Effective communication Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working with best-in-class leaders Collaborative, optimistic, resilient, flexible, curious, community-minded and philanthropic characteristics Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and repetitive motion Occasionally lift or move objects weighing 10-20 pounds Ability to operate a motor vehicle Ability to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing applicant tracking systems, candidate engagement, and recruitment strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
