CNC Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operators 2nd Shift Location: LaVergne Pay: $22-$26/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Initial training on 1st shift Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM for a few weeks)

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team. If you have CNC experience and are looking for a stable opportunity in a clean, modern manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC 3- and 4-axis grinding machines
Load and unload components safely and efficiently
Perform dimensional and visual inspections on finished products
Record inspection and production information accurately
Troubleshoot machine issues and make program adjustments when needed
Maintain tooling and ensure machines are operating properly
Support training of new operators when necessary
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Previous CNC machine operating experience required
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 33 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
