Sr. Director, US Sales Incentive Compensation

Senior Director role leading US sales incentive compensation strategy and operations at a pharmaceutical company. Responsible for designing and executing IC plans, managing a team of compensation professionals, and partnering across business units to drive commercial results aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and thought leadership on incentive compensation strategy to senior leadership and governance committees
Design and execute sales incentive compensation plans reflecting complex market dynamics and business objectives
Develop long-term IC vision anticipating business trends and competitive landscape changes
Recruit, mentor, and develop incentive compensation team across geographies driving high performance culture
Lead end-to-end IC processes including plan design, goal setting, administration, reporting, and compliance oversight

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience including sales, operations, or related functions
5+ years sales incentive compensation design and administration experience
Deep knowledge of sales incentive theory and pharmaceutical industry best practices
Demonstrated team leadership and people development track record
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with IC plan design across product lifecycle stages

Compensation: $218,329.60 - $327,494.40 USD annual
