Territory Sales Representative As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll own your route, open new retail accounts, and dominate shelf space. Responsibilities Drive daily field sales, securing prime product placements and reorders. Boost brand visibility through local sampling, demos, and events. Manage inventory to ensure stores are always stocked and selling. Open a high volume of new accounts weekly and build partnerships with wholesalers, DSD/RTM distributors, and B2B operators. Secure prime shelf placement, manage merchandising (POS, rotation, facings), and ensure seamless direct store shipments. Build deep trust with retailers to drive reorders; manage and deliver lean product inventory. Run demos and sampling events to boost velocity; log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM. Compensation We reward performance over seniority.
