Full-Stack Developer

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI Polygraph (within the last 5 years)
• U.S. citizenship, required for clearance eligibility
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 8 years of full-stack software development experience
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration
• Experience building DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Secure coding experience aligned with OWASP and NIST 800-53
• DoD 8140 compliance, including CompTIA Security+ or an equivalent certification
• Preferred: Software development experience on Intelligence Community programs
• Preferred: Experience with Iron Bank or DCAR hardened containers
• Preferred: Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or Ansible
• Preferred: Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture (NIST 800-207)
• Preferred: Experience integrating AI/ML into software platforms
• Preferred: CISSP, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), or AWS Solutions Architect certification

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a classified environment
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue, and back-end services using Python or Java, and integrate them
• Deploy and manage containerized applications
• Build and maintain DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines for secure, continuous delivery
• Apply secure coding practices aligned with OWASP guidelines and NIST 800-53 controls
• Architect and implement Zero Trust network and application designs
• Work with program security officers, data engineers, and mission stakeholders to turn requirements into working software
