Job Description Technical Recruiters (multiple openings) - Jacksonville, FL / Charlotte, NC (On-Site) Our client, a 40-year North American leader in the staffing and consulting industry, is growing its delivery team and looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. In this role, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to placement and beyond - while acting as a strategic partner to clients. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys influencing hiring decisions, building relationships, and navigating complex technical talent markets. What You'll Do:
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $65,000-$75,000 plus uncapped commission, with realistic first-year total compensation in the $95,000-$100,000 range. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and weekly pay.
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing market insights and consultative hiring guidance
- Source, screen, and submit candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Bullhorn
- Independently manage recruiting workflows and prioritize a high-volume requisition load
- Manage contractor/consultant relationships through the full assignment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Bullhorn
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in engineering or technical disciplines
- 1+ years in an MSP and/or high-volume recruiting environment
- An assertive, hunter mindset and proven client-facing experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL or Charlotte, NC
