BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Reliatus Behavioral Health , a premier recruiting partner for leading ABA organizations, is seeking a high-performing and dedicated BCBA to join our client’s team at their clinic in Missouri City, Texas.   This is a 100% In-Person Role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Financial Security: Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 – $90,000 , plus 401(k) eligibility with a 3% company match after one year.

Position Summary

As a BCBA in our Missouri City clinic, you will be the driving force behind client progress and staff development. You will manage a focused caseload, ensuring that every treatment plan is data-driven and every family feels supported. This position offers the opportunity to mentor the next generation of clinicians by supervising student analyst interns as they work toward their own board certification.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Strategy

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial treatment and re-authorizations.

• Manage a standard caseload (120 billable hours/month) with a focus on high-quality clinical outcomes.

• Write and update treatment plans, ensuring all documentation is submitted with precision for clinical review.

• Lead parent meetings (in-person or telehealth) to ensure families are active partners in their child's progress.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Supervise and mentor a team of staff, ensuring consistent session attendance and clinical integrity.

• Provide supervision for student analyst interns in both clinic and home settings.

• Conduct necessary peer reviews to secure authorizations and advocate for client needs.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

• Licensure: Valid Texas State License (LBA) is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience managing and supervising a team of 10 or more staff members.

• Credentials: Ability to obtain/maintain Tri-care certification, a CAQH account, and BLS/CPR certification.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to be physically active, sit on the floor, and lift up to 40 pounds to engage fully with clients.
