As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC), you'll make a meaningful difference by providing crucial services to a diverse caseload, expected to number around 40 students. Your expertise will be valued across multiple sites, where your skills will foster communication, academic growth, and confidence in young learners.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload; organizational and communication strengths
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school locations as needed
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy for PK-8 students
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust interventions when necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s developmental and educational goals
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and parents
• Contribute positively to a supportive, student-centered school environment
