Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Experience or a strong interest in working with pediatric populations within educational settings.
• Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, measuring and documenting progress.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings while maintaining open communication with families and staff.
• Educate teachers and caregivers on strategies to support student communication development.
