Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain one
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions designed to promote student success and participation in the classroom
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and therapy sessions
• Communicate regularly with educators, administrators, and families to ensure the best support for each student
