Company provides rental, sales, and service for LiuGong and other leading brands of construction and material handling equipment. The company supports customers with trained technicians who service all makes and models in both shop and field environments. Company offers full-service rental and sales across Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Kern counties. Team members work closely with a diverse customer base ranging from small contractors to large industrial operators. The organization emphasizes reliable equipment solutions, responsive customer service, and strong regional relationships.

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in Orange County , CA, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The Salesperson will identify and develop new business opportunities for equipment rental, sales, and service within the company’s regional territory. Typical responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting customer visits, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers, providing product guidance, coordinating equipment demonstrations, and working closely with the operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support. Daily activities also include updating CRM records, tracking sales performance, and staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of construction and material handling equipment or related industrial products, with the ability to learn technical features and applications.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, both in-person and via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and document tools).
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple customer accounts and sales activities.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including field visits within the territory and remote administrative work.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally across assigned counties for customer meetings and site visits.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, equipment rental, construction, or related industries is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
