What You’ll Do:

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and wound care.
• Collaborate on personalized patient care plans.
• Provide hands-on bedside care, supporting patients in daily activities.
• Report any changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols.
• Assist with patient mobility, including repositioning and transfers.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare practices and follow-up care.

What You’ll Need:

• An active LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar settings.
• Current CPR certification (additional certifications are a bonus).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Compassionate and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
