Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Prescription Processing: Accurately receive, interpret, enter, and fill prescription orders in a timely manner.
- Patient & Customer Care: Provide warm, efficient service to patients at the counter, over the phone, and at our drive-up window.
- Specialized Pharmacy Services: Assist with multi-dose compliance packaging, compounding preparation, durable medical equipment (DME), and inventory management.
- Insurance & Billing: Resolve insurance rejections, process claims, and manage co-pay transactions with accuracy.
- Pharmacist Support: Assist licensed pharmacists with day-to-day workflow, maintaining an organized, clean, and compliant dispensing area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential required (PTCB or NHA).
- Licensure: Active Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (retail or independent pharmacy experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, proficiency with pharmacy management software, and a passion for customer service.
