Law Firm Partner

BOS Staffing is seeking a dynamic Law Firm Partner for our client, a firm which handles a range of legal services including corporate law, labor & employment, litigation, family law, etc, with a prestigious reputation. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership with a law firm practicing in said areas, as well as a well constructed book of business.

Location: Cumming, Georgia, Hybrid, Remote, or On-Site

If You Have:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership with a State Bar License
Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment, transactional, etc.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a Book of Business.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.

You Will Be:

Developing and managing a robust Book of Business, leveraging existing client relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.
Providing expert legal advice and representation in corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment matters.
Leading and managing complex legal cases, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Collaborating with other partners and attorneys to strategize and execute comprehensive legal solutions for our clients.
Mentoring and guiding junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Staying current with legal trends, regulations, and best practices within the relevant areas of law.
Participating in firm management and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm.
