• Required Certifications: CBSPD
• Required Skills: Assess customer and patient engagement/ satisfaction,Customer Service,Evaluate performance data,Incident reporting,Knowledge of CMS quality indicator data initiatives,Knowledge of performance improvement tools,Knowledge of regulatory requirements- DPH, TJC, OSHA, etc.,Maintain survey and regulatory readiness,Workplace safety requirements

Job Details:

• Pay: $1326/week - $1555/week
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 5, 8-Hour 07:00 - 15:30
• At least one year of experience required
