Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Speech-Language Pathologists, teachers, and other school staff
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and maintaining high ethical standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse student populations

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and documentation
• Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Track student progress and report findings to supervising SLP
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
