Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or if in Clinical Fellowship Year, strong supervision available
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and evidence-based therapy techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with a variety of needs
• Develop individualized therapy plans and implement direct speech-language interventions, both individually and in small groups
• Document progress, maintain accurate and timely records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with education professionals, families, and support staff to maximize student success
• Provide consultation, resources, and strategies to teachers and parents
• Remain current regarding best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations
