Digital Application & Processing: Use e-signature platforms to authorize policy submissions. Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to track application status. Remote Account Management: Maintain detailed customer files using cloud CRM software. Perform routine virtual check-ins and policy reviews after major life events. Answer client questions regarding claims support and beneficiary Required Qualifications Licensure: Active Life and Health state insurance license, or agreement to complete a pre-licensing course and pass the state exam. Experience: Sales, customer service, or telemarketing background preferred, though entry-level remote positions often provide training. Background Check: Clear criminal record to satisfy state Department of Insurance regulations. Technical & Remote Setup Equipment: High-speed broadband internet connection, a quiet private home office space, and a computer with a webcam. Software: Familiarity with CRM software, Zoom/video conferencing platforms, e-signature tools, and digital quoting calculators. Key Soft Skills Communication: Clear, persuasive speaking and listening skills to build trust entirely over video or phone. Self-Motivation: High drive to hit production metrics independently without direct in-person supervision.
