Medicare Sales Agent Full‑time, year‑round position. Accepted candidates receive a guaranteed salary plus a competitive bonus structure based on production. Responsibilities Provide industry‑leading knowledge and training on selling Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage plans using a consultative sales approach. Handle inbound leads of individuals turning 65 and those already on Medicare looking to increase benefits or save. Conduct continuous sales training and one‑on‑one coaching. Support all submitted applications at the back‑end. Use our Contact Management System to stay on task and generate more sales. Demonstrate industry knowledge and articulate product knowledge clearly. Educate prospective clients and follow a consultative sales process. Maintain a strong, confident speaking voice on the phone. Stay punctual, professional, goal‑oriented, and coachable. Appear professional and set examples by dressing appropriately. Build rapport with clients and peers; be persuasive. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Current Florida 2‑15 Health, Life and Annuity License or Florida 2‑40. Prior Medicare experience preferred (but not required). 1 year+ sales experience preferred (but not required). Strong phone presence and sales ability. Detail oriented with diligent follow‑up of appointments. Benefits Base pay of $20/hour + commission. Daily, weekly and quarterly spiffs. Annual incentive trips. Weekly and monthly bonuses. All leads provided – closed through pre‑screened live inbound transfers and self‑generated web leads. Cross‑sell ancillary products such as dental for additional income. Uncapped earning potential. Contracted with top‑rated carriers including Mutual of Omaha, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare AARP. Market in 45 states; company pays for non‑resident licensing. Health insurance benefits with 401(k). Paid vacation (7–13 days/year). 4‑day work week, Monday‑Thursday; 1‑hour lunch; multiple breaks and snacks. Fully equipped office with workstations, break room, coffee, and snacks.
