The compensation range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour, plus bonus potential. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation:

$20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Contact assigned accounts regarding balances by telephone, in person, and by email 

• Work directly with assigned attorneys and accounting staff 

• Document all interactions, track accounts in collections software, and escalate to legal action when needed

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in legal collections or a related field

• Knowledge of legal collection processes and regulations

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Upbeat attitude, compassion & emotional Intelligence

• Reliable attendance critical

• English and Spanish language proficiency

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems
